To setup an Online Wholesale Account with Xenocron Tuning Solutions is fairly simple. You need to fill out our Wholesale Application Form (attached) completely and if you would like to keep a credit card on file, please also fill out the Credit Card Form. Email or Fax these forms back to us as soon as possible as we cannot setup your account without them.
When purchasing through our website, you will still always need to put your credit card or paypal information in the payment screen, so only in special circumstances would you NEED to keep a card on file with us here.
There is no buy-in if you have a valid state business license and tax-id. Please include a scanned copy of these documents with your wholesale application that you send back in to us. If you do not have a valid business license and tax ID # for your state, no worries, our required buy-in for your first order is $1000 or if you have previously purchased over $1000 from our website in the last calendar year, you are exempt from this buy-in. Just let us know the email address associated with your account so we can verify those previous purchases.
Once your account is setup on our website, we will email you to let you know your account is live and ready for purchasing. If you need help finding parts or navigating the website, please dont hesitate to call or email us. If you would like to order a part that you do not see on our website, please notify our staff and we will get that part added to the website for you within 24 hours generally.
New York or New Jersey customers will be REQUIRED to have a Tax Exempt Form on File in order to not have sales tax collected.
