Give them the amount you need to send (they will charge you a fee).
Ask them for the MCTN# and keep a receipt and a copy of your transaction.
Email that MCTN #, your (sender's) name, your (sender's) country, and your order # (or estimate #) to customerservice@xenocron.com and we will confirm when we pick up the payment and the rest of your order details.
Please understand that we have to make a physical trip ourselves to a local Western Union location to pick up the funds so it sometimes takes a few days to be able to go there and receive the payment.
